Mercedes GLC F-Cell, the preliminary announcement of which at the beginning of the year took place, was published by the German automaker Mercedes. This off -road car will not be a standard SUV this segment due to the presence of additional recharge in its functional potential to increase the overall mileage of the car.
In the arsenal of the rechargeable hydrogen Mercedes GLC F-Cell there will be a set of lithium-ion batteries that allow the SUV only on its energy potential to drive up to fifty kilometers.
At the same time, the total range of hydrogen Mercedes will reach half a thousand kilometers due to the presence of a pair of carbon tanks in a car, each of which can accommodate up to 4 kg of hydrogen. It takes about three minutes to fully refuel these tanks with hydrogen, which is comparable to conventional cars.
The rechargeable hydrogen Mercedes may interest many potential buyers due to the availability of a sufficiently long run at one gas station. At the same time, it will be very interesting to find out the dynamic capabilities of the SUV equipped with additional equipment.
The German brand Mercedes-Benz plans to send the SUV in 2017 in 2017 in 2017. By the end of next year, the GLC F-Cell hydrogen version should appear in the markets of Germany, the USA and Japan, and in 2018. British motorists will be able to purchase a charged off -road car.
