In Russia, the test production of the new Volkswagen Tiguan was launched with the resumption of the work of the Kaluga plant of the German concern VAG after corporate summer vacation, which is provided annually to employees of the enterprise.
Further, the plant will work as usual, since during the summer holidays a regular check of equipment present at the enterprise with the implementation of the necessary update was carried out. As already indicated, with the launch of the capacities of the enterprise located in Kaluga, the production of the Volkswagen Tiguan of the next generation was started.
In Russia, it will be possible to buy a new Volkswagen Tiguan in the first quarter of 2017. At the same time, the existing modification of the crossover will be simultaneously sold with the novelty while consumer demand is present at it.
It is known that in Russia the new generation Volkswaguan will be equipped with a 180-horsepower TSI gasoline and 150-horsepower diesel. Compared to the new Volkswagen Tiguan, the production of which is already carried out in test mode, the current version of the crossover has gasoline motors with a potential of 122-211 horses. At the same time, the car price tag is 1.33-1.95 million rubles.
