A crossover with the name H5X is shown by the Indian company TATA in New Delhi. This conceptual SUV is based on the modernized variation of the LR-MS (D8) platform, which is used by Jaguar E-Pace and an off-road car Land Rover Discovery Sport.

Representatives of TATA notes that when creating an H5X crossover, the above platform was adapted specifically for local operating conditions due to the characteristics of the Indian market, but the details of these improvements have not yet been made up yet.
Tata H5X SUV has a length of 4573mm, a 1960mm width, 1686mm high and a 2740mm wheelbase. It turns out that the Indian concept car received almost similar wheelbase with Land Rover Discovery Sport, but it turned out to be 38mm and shorter by 14mm.
The Tata H5X crossover was executed in the proprietary new style of the Indian brand. The car manufacturer claims that the design of the concept car is 85 percent coincides with the execution of the future serial off-road car.
Tata H5x sauser commodity variation will be offered in five – and seven -seater performance. A two -liter diesel of the Fiat Multijetii model with a dedication of 170 and 140 horses will enter into the equipment of the crossover. The serial production of an off -road car must start by 2019.
