Since the New Year, employees of budgetary educational institutions of all types will calculate the salary of a new system. As the head of the Ukhta Education Department Lyubov Bryushkova said, now the wage will directly depend on the quality of the work of teachers.

As Bryushkova explained, wages on a single tariff grid are a thing of the past. There are salaries, surcharges for the classroom management, checking notebooks, for work in city and school methodological associations… But completely new – these are allowances directly dependent on the quality of work.

Quality is evaluated in points that are transformed as a percentage to the salary (for example, for managers the upper limit of 200 percent).

Quality assessment criteria were developed by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, but, according to Bryushkovo, municipalities have the right to make their adjustments.

There are many criteria. Thus, when assessing the labor of the heads of educational institutions, the number of students is taken into account (this indicator gives, for example, from 15 to 40 points), the presence of licensed classes with in-depth study of subjects, the performance of students, the participation of schools (gardens) in national projects, all-Russian competitions, scientific and scientific and scientific practical conferences…

The financial and economic activities of the educational institution are analyzed. “We watched how the budget has been executed over the past two years, what funds entered the extra -budgetary account of the institution to rent premises,” said the head of the department.

The compliance of educational buildings is taken into account by sanitary standards, staff staffing, and certification teachers passing.“Advanced training once every five years is the duty of each teacher,” says Bryushkova, and some teachers have the following position: “I am not necessary to take the courses and I am in retirement”. Now this will be affected by the additional payment to the school principal and the teachers themselves “.

According to Bryushkova, 175 percent is the largest salary allowance, which the director of one of the city’s schools will receive (the allowance is calculated for a period of one year).

“Maybe not all teachers will receive a surcharge because there may be zero indicators,” she says. – It’s still hard to say whether it is good or bad. Let’s understand when the system will work. But now one thing is clear: it will force both managers and teachers to treat work in a completely different way.
