The Government of Armenia adopted a number of decisions regarding the customs sphere. According to the press service of the Government of the RA, in particular, a decision was made to allocate customs authorities to exercise economic rights in relation to some goods transferred for responsible storage and considered direct objects of violations of customs norms or smuggling. Customs authorities received the right to register personnel of customs services both as a reserve and excluding them from the reserve. The list of documents submitted for the appointment in the customs service, the procedure for holding a competition for a vacant position in the customs service, criteria for nomination of candidates to the competitive and certification commissions, personnel and charter of customs services, as well as the procedure and conditions for the trajelers of the customs services of the probationary period.
In order to fulfill the requirements of the Law “On Repressed”, the Armenia Government decided to allocate to those who were repressed from other countries and permanently residing in Armenia to the persons of land for housing construction. According to the press service of the RA Government, in addition, the government approved the draft concept to improve the quality of the medical care provided to the population. The adoption of the concept is due to the need provided for by the requirements aimed at ensuring public health and safety.
Yerevan State Linguistic University named after Bryusov was reorganized into a state non -profit organization. The decision on this was made at a meeting of the RA Government, based on the requirements of the RA law on state non -profit organizations. According to the press service of the government, the government of the government also approved the charter of the organization. A number of other decisions of the government into state non-profit organizations were reorganized by state institutions: nine children and youth sports schools located under the Ministry of Culture, on youth and sports of the RA, the Center for Social Service at home of single nursing and disabled people of the Ministry of Social Support of RA, Yerevan and Yerevan and Gyumrian orphanages. Another decision, the government approved the charter of the state non -profit organization “State Procurement Agency”, as well as a list of real estate to be transferred to this organization as property rights.
