The preliminary agreement was reached and the start of sales of electric vehicles was appointed at the end of 2011. However, it just so happened that the mayor of Moscow has changed, and a new person who came to his place, shuffled the composition of the Moscow government quite strongly. This means that it is necessary to start negotiations again. Of course, Moscow authorities do not refuse negotiations with representatives of Renault, but as representatives of Renault they themselves see that the city hall is not up to them now.
