At the recent meeting of the participants of the SRO NP Energostroyalants, all problems of SRO activity were discussed, mainly routine issues, as well as for the participants of the organization, the main points of the formation and activities of the arbitration court were voiced, as a regulator of all emerging issues.
At the beginning of the meeting of members of the SRO NP Energostroyalans, two important topics were raised: the adoption and ratification of intra -organizational documentation, as well as the consideration of all material problems of SRO. Based on the results of the meeting, disciplinary sanctions were reached, as well as the main clause of the document regarding payments to the compensation fund, their size, order, etc. D.
