On the one hand, globalization is reality, but on the other – myth. And one of the authors of this myth is precisely the Friedman quoted in the article. In fact, we are dealing primarily with internationalization. And, paradoxically, it is internationalization that saves national states! Take, for example, Holland. This small country has become the center of European logistics thanks to the port of the city of Rotterdam, the Amsterdam airport and its innovative companies. Only unified standards in the EU and the WTO (and German autobahns) provided in this country such a development that, in the end, gave the Dutch kingdom completely new opportunities in the field of social, tax and other politics. Therefore, you can understand why such small and dynamic countries as Luxembourg, Ireland, Estonia, Finland and Slovenia, love the European Union. There will be states and will be states, but statehood acquires a new quality. The Keynesian social state will disappear, but there will be a “noisy” competing state, the main goal of which is competitiveness in the international market. Traditional states strove for a national microcosm with their railways, mail, electric network, scientific centers, and t. D.. Globalization leads to sector specialization of territorial economic societies. Modern states are similar to conglomerates that are focused on the fact that they can best. Social policy no longer fights the consequences of a market economy, but creates humane capital. You will get a synthesis of economic and social policy. Sectoral specialization creates new tasks for states. Governments are fighting for access to foreign markets. Independence can no longer be sought in Autarchy, one -sided independence should be avoided in favor of mutual law. Building the Armenian world is a good idea (although not quite new), and for this one must use both new networks and old (ARFD, Armenian fraternities, etc.), but not to bury the state. It must be improved so that it in every possible way supports the formation and development of economic clusters and refuses all kinds of protectionism. Subsequently, the Armenian state will discover new opportunities not only for Armenians, but also for itself – after all, there are plenty of calls. I have such an idea: industrial nations began to convince developing, that sustainable development gives great chances, such as energy efficiency. The developing nations are afraid of the second colonialism (they say, they do not want to give us the right to use cars and power plants on coal, but they do this for a long time).
