The other day, the deputy from the Communist Party Oleg Kulikov submitted to the Duma a bill on a simplified procedure for transplantation of organs taken from the corpse. Well what? The deceased is no longer needed, but barely living – it can save life. The organs were already categorically lacked, and now with the introduction of dragon fines for speeding, it may generally be a complete seams. You need to do something.
In two days, the discussion reached its climax, and a purely philosophical. It is no less than the presumption of consent or presumption of disagreement. Not weak, agree. The communist says that if the deceased does not say “no” during his lifetime, then this means “yes” and relatives of the right to vote should not be given: the kidney or liver is not obtained by honest labor and does not accumulate over the years – this is not an inheritance. Not getting used to the communists, the kidney belongs to the people, everything converges. The Russian Orthodox Church claims the opposite: if the deceased said nothing, then he said “no”. The Russian Orthodox Church protects the deceased, feelings of relatives. The integrity of the body. The priest is to catch on, and he does not want to catch on the incomprehension. There are no questions either.
Philosophy is the queen of sciences, gymnastics for the mind and further-in Latin. But why still so high and so lonely soared? Is it not obvious that it is better to leave this magnificent knot of presumption to intellectual gourmets, and it is a matter of solving the world to universal pleasure?
Why not massively explain to people, using all the best creative minds, in colorful videos, on the glossy pages of magazines, with the help of stickers, posters and other carriers, so to speak, that this is infinitely joyful to save the life of another after death? Why not make this prestigious, not to introduce a special status, not to bring the donor in public opinion to heaven? That, we do not know how to promote? Do not convince.
In my opinion, it’s nice to know that “all you will not leave”, in my opinion, it will be exciting to look at the emerald heavens at those in whom your heart will beat or your kidney will work. And when everyone will already think so much as I need, without changing any laws and without discussing the presumptions, insert this issue into multi -page medical contracts, which now you have to sign even before the visit to the dentist.
And all. And the world. And the wolves are happy and sheep. And no one should take anything from without demand. And do not scare that if suddenly the time has come, then the state will decide for you. It’s terribly. The case when the adoption of the law will look more wild than its absence.
