Interview with the General Director and co -founder of VIASFER Technopark, D. T. n. Aram Vardanyan – at what stage is the VIASFERE Technopark now located? – Now the second stage of development has begun in the technopark, which should end over the next two years. It is planned that at the end of this stage the number of existing companies will reach twenty, and jobs – 700. After all, the technopark can be considered complete if the critical mass of scientific and technical potential is centralized there both by the number of companies and in the variety of development directions. The presence of such centralization gives the flexibility of the activities of companies, as it makes it possible to rotate specialists, t. e. transition from one company to another – depending on the state of affairs in companies and the degree of their development. Thanks to such mobility, it becomes possible to avoid stagnant phenomena and form the real market of scientific labor. Technopark can be considered as a large infrastructure that is designed to create conditions that contribute to the normal functioning of the high -tech companies operating in various areas. In this sense, our technopark provides premises, internal Internet networks and external communication, security services, etc.
There are a number of companies working within the framework of grant programs that are involved in the ideas of local specialists, engineers and scientists in VIASFERE. By the way, grant programs create good prerequisites for the development of stable, self -sufficient businesses. The last news-the other day, Tony Moiroan, Arset-Lojik, signed an agreement with the American company Monterrey on the creation of a joint venture of Monterrei-Arset with the American company, which can be considered the first great business success among companies operating in the technology park. By the way, this event also responded to the American press. It is also planned to create a center for retraining of specialists in VIASFER of Technopark. In search of a new work in the specialty, the technopark is visited daily 30-35 people, among them there are also talented ones, but the vast majority are not ready for direct practical work. In a word, we are trying to bring to the nomenclature of the services “VIASFER”. Twelve companies operating on its territory specialize in the areas of microelectronics, vacuum technologies, the development of solar energy converters into electricity, energy -saving technologies, the creation of software for telecommunications and the banking sector, etc. D.
