The Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation is the curator of organizing committees for organizing congresses of national associations of the construction industry. By decision of the members of the relevant Committee of the NOP, during the first meeting, Konstantin Yuryevich Korolevsky, vice minister of regional development, was elected by his head. At the beginning of this week, the second meeting of the Organizational Commission for the IV All -Russian Congress of the National Association of SRO in Design was held. The date of the forum has already been determined and approved. Viktor Semenovich Obyunov, Vice President NOP reported to colleagues about the work done. At his proposal, three more members were elected at this meeting at this meeting – the heads of the Coordinating Council of the design time of Moscow Yevgeny Ivanovich Pupyrev, Pavel Yuryevich Andreev and Julia Ilyunina. Conferences were developed in the districts, for discussion on them, a variant of changes in the charter and regulations of the congress was prepared.

Mr. Korolevsky very highly appreciated the work of the members of the Organizing Committee of the National Association of the SRO of Designers and told what they are expected in the Ministry of Regional Development from this association and from the professional community of designers in general. Deputy Minister of Regional Development emphasized that the designers will have enough work, at least for the next ten years. The government has taken a course for the design and construction of economy housing – class, reducing prices not only for housing facilities, but also for the entire social infrastructure around these facilities. It is supposed to take the best, well -established projects for replication, taking into account regional features, using the NOP. The Ministry of Regional Development has hopes that the builders will cope with the urgent tasks facing the industry. This is an improvement in the NTD and bringing them into line with European standards; transformation of the pricing system; in order to strengthen responsibility for the project, reconstruct the posts of the chief engineer of the project (GIP) and the chief architect of the project (GAP); the use of energy -efficient technologies in design and much more. TO. Yu. Korolevsky emphasized that the Ministry of Regional Development has high hopes for a new unit created as part of the national association of the SRO of designers – a section on urban planning and territorial planning, counts on constructive proposals from this neoplasm and undertakes to contribute to their implementation without shooting.
