The Novosibirsk Region may be supplemented by the Coordination Council on low -rise construction consisting of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities and Construction.
This proposal was made by the speaker Ivan Moroz at the Legislative Assembly of the region devoted to construction topics. This event gathered not only officials with deputies, but also representatives of the public. Last year, almost 3 thousand were allocated in the region. sites for low -rise buildings with a total area of 468 hectares, and already in the first half of this year they provided about 1.5 thousand. sites with an area of 330 hectares. But despite this, in many of the municipal education there are no documents on territorial planning, without which it is impossible to allocate land for such construction.
In addition, there is a problem in the absence of finances to provide plots for low -rise construction with engineering infrastructures. There is an opinion that the government will deal with the issue of financing according to the target program. Regarding the documents, it was decided to provide them with about 400 formations of the municipality in 2017.
At the moment, many of the representatives of the preferential category of citizens – large families, military personnel and others – are submitting many applications for them to be given the opportunity to build individual housing. If you look on the one hand, this issue concerns the attractive price of housing, because the house with the entire site can be estimated at the same cost as the city two -room apartment and with all this it will not need to be coordinated when redevelopment of the house. But the other side is that all applications simply do not have the opportunity to answer the authorities positively. But the deputies expressed the intention to ensure that the situation has changed. In this regard, the proposal arose to create a coordination council in which the heads of municipalities, builders, deputies and representatives of the public who act with interesting and useful proposals should include, the press service of the regional parliament informs.
