The leadership of Bashkiria has a serious task of organizing the Schos-2018 summit, which is planned to be held in Ufa. According to preliminary estimates of the city authorities, the costs of preparing the capital for the summit will be about sixty billion rubles.
The city administration intends to differentiate costs. So, a quarter of the total amount will amount to the funds of private investors, and the remaining three quarters will be possible to compensate for the municipal and regional budgets. If the funds of the republican treasury are not enough, then the involvement of bank loans is not excluded. At the moment, the authorities are negotiating with VTB, Sberbank, as well as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), while admitting other candidates. The main projects that will require significant investments include the authorities of the Republic of Ufa-Orenburg, the reconstruction of the Ufa International Airport (about three and a half billion rubles), the construction of the Belaya River, and the development and development of the southern slope, and the resettlement of the bishop’s settlement. The transformations will also affect the Ufa-Aerport routes, they intend to equip it with modern information infrastructure, it is also planned to build four overground type transitions and a transport trip. In those places where the road passes near the settlements will be delivered by noise protection screens.
In addition, the leadership of the capital is going to repair all the objects that are found along the travel route. For a more detailed study of the authorities, the regions conducted a video of four hundred ninety objects located on fifteen main streets of the city. During the coming years (2018-2019), twenty-nine streets will be completely renovated, four billion rubles will be allocated for these needs, and a major reconstruction of park zones and squares will be carried out, which the authorities plan to spend one hundred and ninety million rubles on.
One of the main problems is the resettlement of residents from ninety houses that make up part of the city’s cultural heritage. The costs of solving this problem will cost the organizers another 1.1 billion rubles.
